Elizabeth Marchant Man was born in December 1864 at 47, Castle Street, Reading, Berkshire, the daughter of William and Elizabeth (Marchant) Man.  She was baptized on 2 January 1865 at St Mary the Virgin, Reading.

Elizabeth belongs to Generation Five.

Notes: Elizabeth was living at 7, Prospect Street, Reading, with her mother and half-sister at the time of the 1881 census.  She has also been found on the 1901 census living unmarried with her twice widowed mother.  She is entered in the 1901 as Elizabeth Marchant. Her half sister Mary Agnew Martel has also been found on the 1901 census.
