Clive Melton Reece (Reis) was born on 30 March 1925, the son of Cecil and Dorothy (Melton) Reis. He married Rosemary Vera Barlow in 1960. 

Clive and Rosemary belong to Reis Generation Four; their children belong to Reis Generation Five and are:

1. Penelope Anne
2. John Alexander
3. Colin Peter

Note: Clive changed his name from Reis to Reece by deed poll in the late 1940's.
