In January 2006 Two Rivers Press reissued John Man's 'The Stranger in Reading', edited by Adam Sowan.  We encourage members of the family to support Two Rivers by purchasing at least one copy of the book and making sure that John's literary legacy continues on today.  Adam Sowan’s new annotated edition of this long-neglected text includes an introduction outlining the life of John Man, schoolteacher, bargemaster, bibliophile and historian.
