Garnet Denison Adam was born on 24 August 1912, the son of Beatrice Eleanor Man  and James Graham Adam.  He married (1) Sheena Wallin Howie on 22 February 1941.  She was born in 1922 in Edinburgh, Scotland. He married (2) Anita Baitel in 1952 at Hambledown, Kent. He married (3) Lieselthotte Marten (known as Lilo) on 23 August 1956.  She was born on 16 April 1925, at Kolberg, Pomerania, Germany. Graham died in 2007 (?).

Garnet Denison Adam and Sheena Wallin Howie belong to Generation Seven. Their three living children belong to Generation Eight, as do the two living children of Garnet Denison Adam and Lilo.
