Catherine Jessamy (Jess) Cairns James was born on 1 December 1912, the daughter of Catherine Mary Marshall and Lewis Cairns James.  She married Hans Viktor Lorenz on 6 November 1942.  Jess died on 27 March 2002 near Henley. 

Hans Viktor was born on 9 September 1918 in Czechoslovakia and died on 30 June 1985 near Banbury, Oxfordshire.

Jess and Hans belong to Generation Eight; their children belong to Generation Nine and are:

1. ANTONIN JOHN 
2. CHRISTOPHER THOMAS 
3. One Son (living)
