Andrew Frank Foakes

Andrew Frank Foakes was born on 10 March 1965 in Bushey, Hertfordshire, the son of Janet Lloyd and Maurice Charles Foakes. He married Rachel Jennetta Bladon on 10 August 1996 in Radlett, Hertfordshire. She was born 10 January 1969 in Radlett, Hertfordshire.
